My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The stylish lobby and pleasant location near great dining options really caught my attention, but some issues with the room and service put a damper on my experience. While I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, the overall lack of maintenance and cleanliness left much to be desired.
